This wedding was so special to us. Not only are Khaing and Michael really good friends but we are also truly lucky to have experienced their lovestory from the very beginning. When we first came to Maldives, Khaing immediately caught our eyes. Her smile was just amazing and we became friends right away. Only a few weeks later Michael arrived at the island and it didn't take long until the two became a couple.
When we received their wedding invitation combined with the questions if we could photograph their special day we were over the moon!
The whole day, which had completely been planned by Michael's mother, was a perfect synthesis of Myanmar and German culture.
